1.- PROYECTO PRUSA AIRE - IMPRESORA 3D DE PLASTICOS

SI HAS LLEGADO A ESTE BLOG POR CASUALIDAD QUE SEPAS QUE ESTA EN CONTINUO CAMBIO, Y QUE PUEDE ESTAR LLENO DE ERRORES E INEXACTITUDES QUE IRÉ CORRIGIENDO SEGUN AVANCE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN. HAY QUE ENTENDER QUE YO MISMO VOY APRENDIENDO MIENTRAS LO ESCRIBO. DISCULPEN LAS MOLESTIAS. TAMBIEN HAY QUE TENER EN CUENTA TODAVÍA SIGO AÑADIENDO DATOS EN TODOS LOS CAPITULOS, NO TODO LO NUEVO APARECE ABAJO.
Los capitulos son cada entrada del blog, y las he ordenado cronologicamente al reves, para que se pueda leer desde el primero en adelante. Hay que pulsar en "entradas antiguas" para ver las siguientes, queda un poco raro.

1.- INTRODUCCIÓN


Cuando vi estas impresoras por primera vez por internet no me lo podía creer. "¿Una impresora 3D?" "¿que imprime piezas de plastico"? "¡no puede ser!"
Luego empezé a ver planos de montaje, y toda una comunidad de gente, que por el amor al arte están haciendo mejoras día a día a esas impresoras, para que se pueda construir cada vez mas barato, y entonces lo ví claro, HABÍA QUE HACER UNA! O DOS!!!
Así que eso es el proyecto, construirse una de estas:

Esta es solo la estructura con los motores, le falta la bandeja donde saldrá impresa la pieza, la cabeza de impresión o hot-end que injectará plastico fundiendolo, y la electronica que controlará todo.
Al final, se parecerá mas a esto:

Lo mejor para entender su funcionamiento es ver un par de videos, están pasados a camara rapidisima, para ver toda la impresión del objeto:

RepRap está disponible bajo la licencia GNU GPL. Esta licencia permite que podamos copiar, estudiar, distribuir y mejorar sus diseños y código fuente.
Visto eso, me pongo a buscar info por todas partes. Foros de ayuda, planos de construcción, proveedores de materiales sueltos y en kits, modificaciones y mejoras sobre las anteriores impresoras...
